WHAT'S THE BEST BARGAIN YOU'VE EVER FOUND AT A SALE?
The best buy I ever found at a yard sale was a pair of solid silver candlesticks for which I paid the grand sum of $2.50. When I brought them home my husband went on and on about my wasting money on more junk. He couldn't believe it when I cleaned them up and he saw that they were solid silver and worth around $500. It still hasn't stopped him from complaining though.

I've found a lot of good stuff at garage sales and some of them were genuine antiques. My wife one time found a picture that was worth quite a lot of money.
We enjoyed them more for the interest they gave us and something to do on a Saturday morning.
